How can I get a refund?

In order to initiate a refund request you can contact us on this page through live chat or through the ticket submission form below.

Our refund policy is that we will issue a no-questions-asked refund if your order has not been delivered within 48 hours. This is a part of our delivery guarantee. In all other cases we will reach back to you with an update, a solution to your problem or issue you a refund depending on your particular case.

Why can't I place orders for a private account?

Your account has to be set to public when purchasing any of our services otherwise the delivery will not start properly.

The reason for this technical limitation is that it's impossible to view posts of a user who is private unless you are following them which makes delivery of our real Instagram likes and views impossible.

When it comes to delivering Instagram followers, private accounts have to approve all follow requests which makes tracking our delivery progress impossible. Therefore you need to have a public account even if you're buying followers from Stormlikes.

I'm subscribed to Automatic services but my old posts haven't received engagement?

This is correct behaviour. Automatic Likes and Views are delivered only to new uploads. The idea is to provide your new posts with instant engagement.

Any uploads that were published on your account prior to subscribing will not receive engagement. If you want to get engagement on your older posts you can buy real likes and our amazing views at cheap prices.

How can I cancel my Automatic subscription?

You don't have to contact us to cancel your subscription. This can be done easily on your dashboard. Open the Settings menu for the subscription that you want to cancel, then scroll all the way down. You will find the section that allows you to cancel your subscription in one click.

Can I pay using a gift card?

It's impossible to pay for our services with prepaid gift cards. The reason is that these cards lack strong security layers that make online transactions safe.

However, you can pay using any of the major debit or credit cards issued by VISA, Mastercard and AMEX. You can also make payments using Apple Pay on compatible devices.
